Bruno mars (Peter Gane Hernandez) is 34 years old, he was born in honolulu hawaii on October 8, 1985, he was raised in the waikiki neighborhood by his parents Peter Hernández and Bernadette "Bernie" from Puerto Rico and the Philippines.
Throughout his childhood he signed up to act in every available musical, always looking for a way to sing.
Due to his similarity to the boxer Bruno Sammartino his father begins to refer to him in this way, giving him the nickname of Bruno. On his arrival in Lo Ángeles he decides to take the nickname his father gave him as his stage name, however he felt that He was missing something that would give him more strength, coming to the decision to add "Mars" by the opinion of some girls that he is someone out of this world, understanding by this that he belonged to Mars.
His fans decided to call themselves hooligans because their only CD is "Doo-Wops & Hooligans". But the word hooligans comes from the English of "very very fans", or "followers to death" (usually in soccer), but in this case can be considered (followers to the end) of Bruno Mars.
